Normally I don’t write or share
about my family members in the blog
but since Valentine Day is ’round the corner
thought I’ll pay a salute to this special person in my family
hehe, I hope I won’t cause siblings rivalry after this post 🙂
this hand…
due to family tight budget
without hesitation dipped into the toilet bowl
to pick up the 20 cents (my pocket money for the day)
which I accidentally dropped into the toilet bowl
and was too disgusted to pick it up myself
i was shocked when i saw this hand
went into the toilet bowl
right before my eyes
to salvage the coin
this hand…
presented me with the first expensive educational toy
— the wooden smooth colorful puzzle cubic block
this hand…
learned sewing & tailoring and sewn some new clothes for me
for chinese new year celebration years ago
this hand…
brought me to attend the funfair/carnival in our local town
enjoying the crowds
riding on various roller coaster rides
eating savory pork jerky & melty cotton candy
this hand…
never fails to send warmest regards through snail mails
on special ocassions annually
this hand…
when we are in need never fails to be generous
this hand…
is a hand of love
both tough and tender love
this hand…
must be a praying hand as well
this hand…
is the hand of my eldest sister
i’m sure all my siblings agree that this sister is second to none
all snapshots taken during eldest sis & second sis visit a couple of years ago
I think my second sis was the happiest
‘cos her desire to enjoy Autumn season finally come true
her next desire is to plunge into winter wonderland
read her gratitude to God in the comment here
here’s a heart-warming song to share with all
this mv was made by me once upon a time
when i was so crazy about this korean drama called ‘Full House’
hee, the last time i checked it has over 81,000 hits
so enjoy and see what you think!
Only tears of love. I can tell. I’m proud of you. Thanks for sharing about your wonderful sister(s) and reminding us how awesome is the world God created and how grateful we should be for the family He made, just for us. Happy Valentine’s Day!
Dwell on these beautiful moments, gifts of love, because goodness and beauty are best softener of hearts weathered by years of living.
Those hands have moulded soft hearts!
my dear Anna, your comment is always graced with spiritual insight and minister to soul and hearts!

Agree! Our eldest sister is always the BEST. Ever there for us. Always generous & caring. Tho she doesnt attend church, she prays too. May our God grant her bountiful blessings & salvation to her , our brother in law & niece ling.
Praise God! Niece Ling was baptized a few days ago on Easter Sunday! God’s wonderful timing!
